The best battery life smartphones have a fierce competition now. The new Nubia N1 comes at a price tag of Rs. 11,999 in India.
The Nubia N1 got launched at an event that took place in Delhi. Additionally, the ZTE Flagship Z11 (comes with 6 GB RAM) was always a key highlight of the event.
For starters, the key highlight of the smartphone is its 5000 mAH battery capacity that can easily last 2 to 3 days depending on the usage.
The company claims it can give (Stand-by Upto 480 h, Talktime Upto 25 h, Music Play Upto 70 h). Further, ZTE says they have optimized the phone with the Neo technology, and the device is meant to offer a very long battery back up on a single charge.
Notably, the Nubia N1 got launched in China on 14, December 2016.
Notably, the first sale will begin on 16 December 2016 (Friday), exclusively on Amazon.
Let’s talk about the design and specs for the Nubia phone. To begin with, the Nubia N1 looks like a bigger version of Redmi 3S Prime. The back sports a fingerprint sensor and unlocks it in 0.2 seconds.
Further, the phone comes with the signature Nubia style red circle home button, and the red circle is also present at the rear camera ring.

It flaunts a 5.5-inch FHD (1920*1080) pixels IPS LCD.
Moreover, the phone runs on tried and tested MediaTek MT6755 Helio P10 chipset coupled with Mali-T860 MP2 GPU and 3 GB of RAM.
Furthermore, it sports 32 GB of inbuilt storage with expandability option up to 128 GB.
For photography, it features a 13 MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture, PDAF and something called “HIS (handheld image stabilization)” to improve the photos and reduce blur.
Apart from the magnanimous 5000 mAH battery, the Nubia N1 also comes with a 13 MP front camera for clicking selfies. Both the rear and front camera have Sapphire Glass IR Filter and offers f/2.2 aperture.
On paper, at least this is one of the best selfie smartphones with an incredible battery back up.
Also, the N1 also runs on Android Marshmallow with Nubia UI 4.0 skin on top. The cherry on the cake is the presence of USB Type C port for faster data transfer.
Besides, it has all the necessary connectivity options including Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, Hotspot, Bluetooth v4.1, A2DP, LE, A-GPS, and FM radio.
Its priced at ₹ 11,999 and available only in the Gold back with a white front display panel.
Lastly, the phone competes with Redmi Note 3, LeEco Le 2, Lenovo Vibe K5 Note, Coolpad Note 5, Motorola G4 and the newly released Lenovo Phab 2.
The ZTE Nubia N1 has an aggressive price, and reasonably useful features, and will find many early adopters.
New Nubia N1 with More Storage and Black Color Launched
To update, ZTE has launched a new version of the Nubia N1 with more storage and black color. The new black color variant will be available for Rs. 12,499, and you can order it from Amazon. Contrastingly, it comes with 64 GB of storage instead of the 32 GB storage variant. Rest of the features and specs are same as the earlier variant.
The new variant will also go on sale soon. It would be better to shell out extra Rs. 500 and get the Nubia N1 (64 GB).
