Asus Zenfone 4 Max Has Incredible Battery Life

Asus has launched a new smartphone called “Asus Zenfone 4 Max”. The smartphone has got launched in Russia for a price tag of RUB 13,900 which translates to Rs. 15,000 as per Indian currency.

The new Asus Zenfone 4 Max carries the legacy of long battery life smartphones from the Taiwanese smartphone manufacturer. It also comes with a large 5000 mAH Battery capacity which supports fast charging as well as reverse charging.

The smartphone is the successor to the Asus Zenfone 3s Max which was launched a couple of months back and was also powered by a 5000 mAH battery.

Zenfone 4 Max is part of the new Zenfone 4 series from Asus, more smartphones are expected to be unveiled this month including the Zenfone 4, Zenfone 4 deluxe & Zenfone 4 selfie.

Specs, Camera, and Other features

The Zenfone 4 Max comes with the Dual rear camera with 13 Megapixel resolution and f/2.0 aperture, along with the LED Flash.

There is also an 8 Megapixel front-facing selfie camera which comes with f/2.2 aperture.

It runs on the latest Android Nougat 7.0 along with the improved ZenUI.

The mobile comes in two variants with two different processors. There is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 version and the other version comes with the Snapdragon 430. Above mentioned Russia launch is with the SD 425 processor.

While the Zenfone 4 Max looks like a solid offering as far as battery life and the Dual rear camera goes, the processor used is a starting range chipset. A Snapdragon 626 or 630 could have made it a better deal for gamers and performance enthusiasts.

The Zenfone 4 Max comes with Full HD (1920*1080) pixels display with 2.5D Curve glass as well as Gorilla Glass protection.

The mobile comes with 4 GB of Ram and has 64 GB of storage which is sufficient for multitasking and storing media.

The storage is expandable further to 256 GB using the Micro-sd card slot. Lastly, the Zenfone Max comes with 8.9 mm of thickness and has a weight of 183 grams.

Asus is also planning to launch the 8 GB RAM smartphone – Asus Zenfone AR in India on 13 July 2017, they have already sent a media invite for the event. The Asus Zenfone AR comes with 4 cameras and supports Google Project Tango and Daydream.

Asus has also recently launched the Zenfone AR with 8 GB RAM.
