Chinese Mobile Manufacturer, Huawei officially launched G9 Lite and MediaPad M2 7.0 officially in China. Huawei has been flexing its muscles in the last few months with some of the successful smartphone launches.
The Huawei G9 Lite
Earlier the company launched the P9 Lite in April 2016, and G9 Lite is said to be a local version, i.e., Chinese variaa nt of Huawei P9 Lite.
Huawei G9 Lite flaunts 5.2 inch display with 1920 x 1080p resolution. G9 Lite runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow. It weighs 147 grams.
The smartphone has a 13 MP Primary Camera and 8 MP Front Facing Camera. Huawei G9 Lite uses the 2.0 GHz Octa-Core Kirin 650 processor with 3 GB RAM.
Additionally, the G9 Lite comes with 16 GB internal storage which can be expanded up to 128 GB. G9 Lite packs 3000 mAh battery.
Moreover, it has a FingerPrint Scanner. The G9 Lite is a Dual Sim mobile which supports 4G connectivity.
Huawei Mediapad M2 7.0 Tablet
Also, Huawei plans to strengthen their portfolio with the all-new Mediapad M2 7.0. In July 2015, Huawei launched the Mediapad M2 8.0 – the 8-inch tablet powered by the Kirin 930 Octa – Core SOC.
Talking about the tablet, MediaPad M2 7.0 as the name suggests comes with 7-inch display with 1280 x 720p resolution. MediaPad M2 7.0 is the first tablet from Huawei which features a Fingerprint Scanner.
It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop along with Huawei custom skin emotion UI 3.1 which is developed by Huawei and also comes with Huawei smartphones.
Powering the MediaPad M2 7.0 is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with 3 GB RAM. It has 13 MP main camera with LED Flash and 5 MP for selfies. It has 4360 mAh battery capacity.
Huawei G9 Lite comes with a price tag of $260, and it is available in black, white and gold color. On the other hand, MediaPad M2 7.0 (16 GB) comes with a price tag of $245 and MediaPad M2 7.0 (32 GB) comes with a price tag of $276. Both the devices are said to go on sale on May 13.
