At an event in New Delhi, Infinix, the Chinese mobile manufacturer has launched the successor of Infinix Note 4 – Note 5. The smartphone is available for Rs. 15,999 and will go on sale exclusively on Flipkart.
Notably, the brand has previously launched the Infinix Note 5, and this one comes with some minor differences and has the stylus.
Apart from the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 which costs Rs. 67,000 there are hardly any affordable phones available in the market with a Stylus.
So, Infinix is bringing some innovation in the affordable segment with the new Note 5 Stylus. There are several Apps available on the play store to use the stylus to take notes, write memos and even draw sketches.

Key Specs and Features
Powering the phone is the Mediatek Helio P23 Processor and the Mali G72 MP2 GPU.
We have seen the Helio P23 in action in some of the older devices like the Oppo A83, and the processor is not as powerful as the rivals such as SD 636, Helio P60, etc. in this price range.
The Helio P23 comes with 8 Cortex A53 Cores, with a maximum clock speed of 2.0 GHz. The phone comes with 4 GB of Ram, and there is 64 GB internal storage space, expandable up to 256 GB using the micro-sd card.
Notably, it comes with Dual Sim, Dual Volte support but the sim card tray has a hybrid layout(either use dual sim or single sim plus memory card).
The phone comes with a notch-less display with 18:9 aspect ratio. It has a 5.93 Inch Full HD+(2160*1080) pixels display with 85% color gamut and 500 Nits brightness.
The phone runs on the Android Oreo 8.1 stock Android and is part of the Android One Program. So if you are opting for the Note 5 Stylus than you can expect to get the Android 9.0 Pie update soon.
Unlike most modern phones with Dual cameras, Note 5 comes with a single rear and front camera.
There is a 16 Megapixel rear camera with wide f/1.8 aperture support and a Led Flash.

Indian e-commerce site, Flipkart was teasing about the new Infinix smartphone launch in India for some days, along with the company’s official teasers on Twitter.
For the unaware, Infinix is a sub-brand of Transsion Holdings, that is also the owner of Tecno mobiles, launched in April 2017 in India.
Infinix Note 4 Flipkart Launch Details Key Specs and Price
First of all, the Infinix Note 4 comes with a metallic design with a brushed metal shiny back that looks great. The edges are contoured to make it easy to hold and use.
Also, the smartphone comes with a fast fingerprint scanner on the front side, and it can unlock the device in mere .15 seconds.
Additionally, the Infinix Note 4 is a budget smartphone with mid-range specifications priced at Rs. 8,999. The smartphone is exclusive to Flipkart and is listed on the e-commerce website. However, the first sale is scheduled to be on 3rd August 2017 at 12:00 Noon
Display and Design
Notably, the Infinix Note 4 has a 5.7-inch Full HD massive display, covered by a 2.5D glass on top. Additionally, the phone comes with a screen protector.
Further, the CEO of the brand mentioned that it comes with 500 nits brightness. So, it is sufficiently bright in outdoor conditions and the device also has 85% NTSC colors gamut offering lifelike colors. Also, the display panel of the mobile is made by sharp.
Drawing parallels, the design of the Infinix Note 4 resembles the Oneplus 3T and Huawei Honor 8. Primarily from the rear due to the camera bump and the reflecting metal surface on the blue colored Infinix Note 4
At the heart of the phone is an Octa-core 64 Bit Mediatek 6753 Processor clocked at 1.3 GHz. For gaming, there is Mali-T720 MP3 GPU clocked at 450 MHz. To make sure that the device is lag free it comes with 3 GB of Ram.
For Photography, the Note 4 will have a 13 MP rear camera, clubbed with an LED flash. Also, Infinix has added an 8 MP front-facing camera in the phone.
Battery Life, OS and Other Features
The highlight of the phone is the large 4300 mAh battery and comes with fast charging support. Moreover, the battery can charge up to 45% in just 30 minutes with its 18 Watts charger.
Next, the phone comes with 32 GB of storage instead of earlier thought 16 GB, expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card.
Notably, the Infinix Note 4 comes with the latest Android Nougat 7.0 OS along with the custom skin from the brand called as “XOS 2.2”.
