Intex Cloud String HD Vs Infocus Bingo 10 – Better Choice

Intex and Infocus have been in the market for a long time and have tapped the market with low budget phones by promising good specs with an affordable price tag.

Intex with Cloud String HD and Infocus with Bingo 10, a phone with impressive specs and features for the price tag.

Let’s do a quick comparison and find out which one comes on top.

For everybody’s convenience both the smartphones would be referred by their brand names itself for the comparison. In the price range of Rs. 5,000 which is the best choice.

Intex Cloud String sports a 5 inch 1280×720 display with 2.5D curved glass over the top. Whereas Infocus comes with 4.5-inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) display with standard glass on the top.

Clearly, in the display section, Intex has chosen to go with a more premium look and most preferred display size.


Intex Cloud string is powered by Spreadtrum SC9832A Quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz (32 Bit – Cortex A7) coupled with Mali 400 GPU. Along with 1 Gb ram.

Infocus is powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad-core MediaTek (MT6580A) processor along with 1 Gb ram.

Both different sports processors but have clocked it at same 1.3 GHz speed and coupled with 1 Gb ram.


Intex stores a minimal 8Gb as inbuilt storage and has expandability up to 32Gb.

Infocus packs in same 8 Gb inbuilt storage but have expandability up to massive 64 Gb.


Intex Cloud String HD sports an 8 MP rear autofocus camera, Samsung S5K3H5 sensor, a f/2.2 aperture with dual LED flash and 5 Mp fixed focus front camera.

On the other hand, the Infocus sports 5 MP Fixed Focus Camera with LED flash and 5 MP front-facing camera with LED flash, f/2.8 aperture.

Clearly, Intex has the better optics in both the departments and also sports dual led flash.

Intex is powered by a reasonable 2200mah battery

The Infocus Bingo 10 uses a mediocre 2000 mah capacity battery.

Both the phones don’t support fast charging.


Intex comes with Android Lollipop 5.1 out of the box and may get Android M update in the near future.

But the Infocus comes with Android M 6.0 with Inlife UI 2.0 out of the box.


Intex comes in 72. 5×144.5×8.7 mm Dimensions and Weighs at 150g.

Infocus tends to be on a thicker with 135.65×67.38×10.43mm and Weighs at 140g.


Intex has mostly all the connectivity needed for the Indian users, 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS.

Infocus is also including set of features to compliment the device for the Indian users, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS

Both support dual SIM, the same set of Wi-Fi bands and has same Bluetooth generation.

The only catch is that Infocus lacks 4G connectivity option which is there in the Intex Cloud String.


Other features:

Intex sports a unique feature which is lacking in this price segment; inclusion of a “fingerprint sensor.” A feature which is missing on Infocus and mostly all the competitions in this price range.

Both the phones sport 3.5 mm audio jack and FM radio for media consumption

Color availability

Intex comes in two variants Black with more Silver/Grey strip at the back and White with more of a champagne gold in contrast.

Infocus comes in White (with Green twist) and Black (with Blue Twist).


Both are lower budget phones and hence are not overly priced and have a respective and reasonable price tag.

Intex Cloud String HD comes at a price of Rs 5,599 exclusively on Flipkart.

Infocus Bingo 10 comes at a much lower price of Rs 4,299 exclusively on Snapdeal. 

Verdict: Intex Cloud String HD Vs. Infocus Bingo 10 

Both the phones Intex Cloud String HD and Infocus Bingo 10 costs reasonably, and the difference of Rs 1,300 is justified as Intex being slightly expensive than Infocus Bingo 10 has its own merits.

1) The display size and quality is much better in Intex Cloud String HD

2) The presence of 4G connectivity

3) The combination of camera modules was powerful than the latter

4) It has a slightly larger battery

5) It has much more sleek and stylish design

6) The presence of Fingerprint reader at this price tag instantly hits the ball out of the park.

Hence Intex Cloud String HD is the worthy winner.

Although Infocus Bingo 10 is not a slouch either it has the latest software update and good sets of cameras and battery at a very affordable price.

Overall Intex Cloud String HD is a better option than Infocus Bingo 10.
