Latest Redmi A Series Mobile launch – The Xiaomi Redmi 7A is going on sale in China on 6th of June and rumors are ripe that the company can soon bring the device to Indian shores.
According to a new study, people are spending less time on Facebook and beginning more on Instagram.
Along with the Redmi K20 and the K20 Pro, the price and variants for the Redmi 7A were shared by Xiaomi at an event in China.
The Redmi 7A is the successor to the affordable Redmi 6A which was launched last year.
The new Xiaomi mobile will be available in two variants in China –
2 GB Ram and 16 GB Storage – Price Rs. 5500 (549 Yuan).
3 GB Ram and 32 GB Storage – Price Rs. 5,999 (599 Yuan).

The Redmi 7A comes with a bit older design and has the 18:9 aspect ratio display with large bezels for a phone launching in 2019.
Most of the budget phones are now moving to the waterdrop notch design with 19:9 aspect ratio and less bezels.
Nevertheless, the mobile comes with a much better-looking rear cover in comparison to the predecessor.
Further, it sports a 5.45 Inch Display with HD+(1440*720) pixels resolution, which is not very large and allows the phone to have a smaller form factor.

Powering the device is the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 Octa-Core processor that comes with a maximum clock speed of 2.0 GHz.
Also, we have a dedicated micro-sd card slot to increase the storage upto 256 GB.
It runs on the Android Pie 9.0 OS and comes with the latest MIUI 10 on top. The company has also added two useful features to the device – a mode for senior citizens to make the UI less confusing and another family Guardian function.
For photography, the Redmi 7A comes with a single rear camera with 13 Megapixel lens and has PDAF support. You can click selfies with it using the 5 MP front camera, which also allows for quick face unlocking.
Surprisingly, there is no fingerprint scanner on the device, and you will have to use face unlock or screen swipe for unlocking the device.
Another highlight of the device is the presence of massive 4000 mAH capacity battery that is more than sufficient to last all day.
Xiaomi is also giving a 10 Watts fast charger with the device which is better than 5 Watts charger on previous gen.
Lastly, it comes with micro-usb port, 3.5 mm headphone jack, Dual Sim, Dual Volte, and OTG support.
Xiaomi has not shared officially when they will launch the device in India but going by the past trend we can expect the phone to launch in late July 2019.
