Lenovo A2010 4G Mobile was launched last month in the Vietnam market which is also a highly competitive market for a price tag of $76 or Rs. 4990 INR (1,69,0000 Vietnamese Dong). The smartphone got launched in India today and will serve as the entry level smartphone with 4G capability.
Lenovo has launched the smartphone in India with partnership with Flipkart for a price tag of Rs. 4,990.
Registration is open from Aug 19, 12:00 PM till Sep 03, 11:00 AM on Flipkart for the smartphone.
The Smartphone will be part of Lenovo’s Arsenal of affordable smartphones which currently have top selling Lenovo A6000 Plus (Rs. 7499) and A7000 (Rs. 8499). The A2010 4G LTE Smartphone will fill the gap at the entry level.
The smartphone has a 4.5 inch display with 854*540 resolution a pixel density of 218 PPI. The smartphone is powered by the Quadcore MediaTek MT6735M Clocked at 1.0 Ghz. The 64-bit processor is coupled with the Mali-T720 GPU indeed a delight for gamers in the affordable segment.
The Lenovo A2010 has 1 GB of Ram and 8 GB of Internal Storage which can be further expanded to 32 GB using a micro-sd card. The smartphone has a 2000 mAH battery which may be just sufficient to last whole day.
The smartphone runs on the latest Android Version 5.0 Lollipop along with the Lenovo’s custom Vibe UI. The smartphone has a modest 5 MP camera at the rear and a 2 MP camera at the front.
The smartphone has a 9.95 mm thickness and weighs about 137 grams.
The smartphone has Dual Sim support with 4G LTE , 3G , HSPA and 2G data support.
The smartphone competes with the likes of ZTE Qlux (5K) , Phicomm Energy 653 (5k) and the Infocus M2 4G LTE (5.5 K). It is going to get tough competition from all the three extremely affordable smartphones when it goes on sale.
