Looking for a bold Red smartphone, not the iPhone Red. Meizu has got you covered with it’s new Meizu M5C, which is unveiled in China yesterday.
There are no exact details available for the price but it will be available for $250 or Rs. 15000. The key highlight of the smartphone is it’s bold colours – available in deep Red and Blue, apart from standard colours like Gold, black and Pink.
The smartphone comes with Flyme OS 6.0 along with the Android Nougat 7.0 to ensure you get the best of software experience. Interestingly, Meizu has thrown in a new AI (Artificial Intelligence) called as OneMind AI, the Onemind AI helps to allocate memory to different Apps to ensure faster smartphone performance.
Thank goodness, that it is not yet another spying AI which tracks that track when you eat, drink or do other naughty things. Coming to the specs, the Meizu M5C comes with mid-range hardware, including a Quad-Core processor 1.3 GHz processor and 2 GB of RAM.
The smartphone has got a 8 Megapixel rear camera with Auto-focus and LED Flash. There is also a front 5 megapixel front selfie camera to click selfies and do video calls.
The device has 5.0 Inch HD Display with 1280*720 pixels resolution and 283 PPI. Another notable feature is that the Meizu M5C is lightweight, weighs just 135 grams and has an 8.2 mm thickness. In the world where the battery is dominating slimness, Meizu tends to disagree.
The smartphone comes with 3000 mAH capacity battery along with 4G LTE and other native connectivity options. There is 16 GB of internal storage which can be expanded to 256 GB using the memory card.
Meizu M5c is an international model and will get launched in many countries – Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Cambodia, Mainland China, France, Hong Kong, India, Israel, Italy, Myanmar, New Zealand, Russia, Spain and Ukraine.
The price for the Meizu M5C will vary in different countries based on the competition scenario.
