Micromax Canvas Selfie 2 comes with a 100-day free smartphone replacement promise. In the actual scenario you may have to walk into the Micromax Service centre with the replacement request and if the service centre is not able to resolve the issue in some days they may offer a replacement.
Micromax has been trying to address the service quality issue with this move but it depends on how customers are actually treated by the brand at the service centres, mostly not a pleasant scene for a huge number of brands.
Micromax earlier launched the Micromax Canvas Selfie 2 Q340 which is a budget selfie smartphone priced close to Rs. 5200 and comes with a 5 MP selfie camera. The naming for the phones is a bit confusing.
