Moto C Plus Plus Launch ON Flipkart

Motorola has today launched the new Motorola Moto C Plus smartphone in India. It is exclusive to Flipkart and is priced at Rs. 6,999.

Motorola has already launched the ultra-affordable Moto C smartphone in India. The device is priced at Rs. 5,999 and is available via the offline stores in the country.

Unlike the Moto C, the C Plus will be available exclusively via The Moto C Plus comes with some launch offers which include additional 30 GB data from Reliance JIO for the Prime subscribers.

Moto C Plus will go on sale on 20th June 2017 at 12:00 PM (Indian Time) on Flipkart.

Moto C Plus Specifications and Features

Motorola says both the Moto C and Moto C Plus are for first-time smartphone buyers and runs on the latest version of Android- the Android 7.0 Nougat.

The Moto C Plus features a bigger battery and better display, compared to the Moto C. There are some other hardware changes as well in the Moto C Plus. The C Plus has a 5-inch display, same as the Moto C, but the resolution is bumped to 1280 x 720 pixels.

Powering the mobile is a Quad-core MediaTek MT6737 SoC, with all the four cores clocked at 1.3GHz. Additionally, there is Mali T720 GPU for handling graphics.

The device comes in two variants- 1GB of RAM and 2GB of RAM. Both the variants have 16GB of internal storage. However, it’s more likely that Motorola will launch only the 2GB RAM variant in India.

The phone has an 8 MP rear camera with LED flash, and a 2 MP camera adores at the front with a LED flash. The Moto C Plus has support for 4G VoLTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, and 3.5mm audio jack. It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat, backed by a 4000 mAh battery.

Launch Date

The Moto C and Moto C Plus were unveiled last month in the European market as cheapest Motorola smartphones till date. The Lenovo-owned Motorola also launched the Moto E4 and E4 Plus, and they will launch in India next month.

Motorola also has few more smartphone launches in coming days- the Moto G5s, G5s Plus, Moto X4, Moto Z2, and the Moto Z2 Force. All the phones will be launched in India, expect the Moto Z2 Force because the Moto Z Force never came to India.
