It comes with a 6.85-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with (2460 x 1080pixels) resolution. The display has a 90 Hz refresh rate and also comes with 480 nits of maximum brightness.

The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G90T chipset. It is an octa-core processor with a clock speed of 2.05 GHz along with ARM Mali-G76 GPU. It is an excellent processor and GPU that can easily run modern games like PUBG or COD Mobile with ease.

It operates on an Android 10 operating system along with custom UI XOS 7.0

The Zero 8i has 8 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage with a user expandable storage option up to 256GB. It is one of the cheapest mobiles with 8 GB ram, a powerful processor, and 128 GB internal storage in the sub 15k price range.

The phone is a bit heavy considering that it doesn’t have a very large battery. It weighs 210.5 grams.

Infinix Hot 8 Launched in India (4 GB RAM, 64 GB Storage) Price 6999

Infinix has launched the new budget Hot 8 mobile in India for a starting price of Rs. 6,999.  The smartphone comes with 64 GB of internal storage and has 4 GB Ram.

The company has announced that it will be available for Rs. 6,999 till 30th October and they will raise the price to Rs. 7,999 after that.

It will go on sale on Flipkart starting 12th September 2019 and comes in 2 color options – Cyan and Cosmic Purple.

Additionally, you can get a special discount upto 10% on the purchase of Hot 8 using Axis Bank Buzz credit card and 5% when buying it using the HDFC bank credit card.

Infinix Hot 8 Specifications and Features

The Infinix Hot 8 comes with class-leading specs in the sub 8k price range. The phone has a polycarbonate build and comes with waterdrop notch display and triple rear cameras.

The Hot 8 comes with a large 6.52 Inch display with 20:9 aspect ratio, HD+ (1600*720) pixels IPS LCD panel.

Further, there is 2.5D glass protection, 90.3% screen to body ratio, a max brightness of 500 nits.

Powering the device is the MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core processor with 2.0 GHz clock speed. There is 4 GB ram and 64 GB internal storage which is user expandable upto 256 GB (Via dedicated micro-sd card slot).

The phone runs on the XOS 5.0 along with the Android Pie from Google.

Thoughts: Should You Buy the Infinix Hot 8

Specs-wise the Infinix Hot 8 is a killer. I can hardly find any other phone in the sub 7K price that offers these many features.

Also, the presence of large 5000 mAH battery, huge 64 GB storage and 4 GB ram for multi-tasking makes it a no-brainer if you want to buy a phone in this price range.

However, I will only have a concern about the after-sales service, and more importantly, if they have a service center in my town before I press the buy button on Flipkart.

Infinix Note 5 Stylus Flipkart Launch Price Rs. 15,999

26-Nov-2019- At an event in New Delhi, Infinix, the Chinese mobile manufacturer has launched the successor of Infinix Note 4 – Note 5. The smartphone is available for Rs. 15,999 and will go on sale exclusively on Flipkart.

Notably, the brand has previously launched the Infinix Note 5, and this one comes with some minor differences and has the stylus.

Apart from the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 which costs Rs. 67,000 there are hardly any affordable phones available in the market with a Stylus.


So, Infinix is bringing some innovation in the affordable segment with the new Note 5 Stylus. There are several Apps available on the play store to use the stylus to take notes, write memos and even draw sketches.

Also, you can take screenshots using the stylus and use Air Commands. Let’s look at the key specs and details for the Infinix Note 5 Stylus in detail.

Key Specs and Features

Powering the phone is the Mediatek Helio P23 Processor and the Mali G72 MP2 GPU.

We have seen the Helio P23 in action in some of the older devices like the Oppo A83, and the processor is not as powerful as the rivals such as SD 636, Helio P60, etc. in this price range.

The Helio P23 comes with 8 Cortex A53 Cores, with a maximum clock speed of 2.0 GHz. The phone comes with 4 GB of Ram, and there is 64 GB internal storage space, expandable up to 256 GB using the micro-sd card.

Recently, iVoomi and Lephone entered the market, and now it’s time for the Hong-Kong based Infinix mobility for creating ripples in the fast-growing Indian mobile market.

Indian e-commerce site, Flipkart was teasing about the new Infinix smartphone launch in India for some days, along with the company’s official teasers on Twitter. 

For the unaware, Infinix is a sub-brand of Transsion Holdings, that is also the owner of Tecno mobiles, launched in April 2017 in India.

First of all, the Infinix Note 4 comes with a metallic design with a brushed metal shiny back that looks great. The edges are contoured to make it easy to hold and use.

Also, the smartphone comes with a fast fingerprint scanner on the front side, and it can unlock the device in a mere .15 seconds.

Additionally, the Infinix Note 4 is a budget smartphone with mid-range specifications priced at Rs. 8,999. The smartphone is exclusive to Flipkart and is listed on the e-commerce website. However, the first sale is scheduled to be on 3rd August 2017 at 12:00 Noon

Display and Design

Notably, the Infinix Note 4 has a 5.7-inch Full HD massive display, covered by a 2.5D glass on top. Additionally, the phone comes with a screen protector.

Further, the CEO of the brand mentioned that it comes with 500 nits brightness. So, it is sufficiently bright in outdoor conditions and the device also has 85% NTSC colors gamut offering lifelike colors. Also, the display panel of the mobile is made by sharp.

Drawing parallels, the design of the Infinix Note 4 resembles the Oneplus 3T and Huawei Honor 8. Primarily from the rear due to the camera bump and the reflecting metal surface on the blue colored Infinix Note 4


At the heart of the phone is an Octa-core 64 Bit Mediatek 6753 Processor clocked at 1.3 GHz. For gaming, there is Mali-T720 MP3 GPU clocked at 450  MHz. To make sure that the device is lag free it comes with 3 GB of Ram.


For Photography, the Note 4 will have a 13 MP rear camera, clubbed with an LED flash. Also, Infinix has added an 8 MP front-facing camera in the phone.

The highlight of the phone is the large 4300 mAh battery and comes with fast charging support. Moreover, the battery can charge up to 45% in just 30 minutes with its 18 Watts charger. 

Next, the phone comes with 32 GB of storage instead of earlier thought 16 GB, expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card. 

Notably, the Infinix Note 4 comes with the latest Android Nougat 7.0 OS along with the custom skin from the brand called as “XOS 2.2”. 

Even, it has superior audio since it comes with a dual speaker at the bottom, and can be heard easily for calls and music.

Infinix the Hongkong based mobile brand has made its debut today in the Indian market today. And they have launched 2 new phones – Infinix Hot4 Pro and the Infinix Note 4.

While the Note 4 comes with a slightly bigger display and higher specs, the Hot 4 Pro is a more humble offering from the brand.

The Hot4 Pro comes with a metallic build with a textured back panel and a robust looking design. Further, the mobile has a large 5.5 Inch Display which comes with HD resolution.

The Infinix Hot4 Pro offers 3 GB of ram and comes with 16 GB storage. Also, it has dual sim slots and there is a dedicated slot for using the memory card which can expand the storage upto 128 GB.

Powering the mobile is a Quad Core Processor with a clock speed of 1.3 GHz. The chipset used by Infinix is the MediaTek 6737 Quad Core processor. The Infinix Hot4 Pro has a large 4000 mAH capacity battery that even comes with fast charging support.

Notably, the mobile comes with a fingerprint scanner at the back.

In the camera department, the Infinix Hot4 Pro features a 13 MP rear camera with a Dual LED flash. It even comes with a 5 MP front selfie camera.

In conclusion, at a price tag of Rs. 7499 it is a decent offering with a large display, good battery capacity, storage, and Ram.
