Xiaomi is looking forward to make the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 more powerful and a new version of the smartphone has reached the TENAA (China’s telecommunications certification site) benchmark in China.
Notably the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is the successor of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, and the Redmi 4X is an upgrade to Note 4. Xiaomi has sent a media invite in China, and the smartphone is expected to launch tomorrow on Feb 8, 2017. The smartphone didn’t got launched with the Helio X20 but has the Snapdragon 625 read more below.
The new smartphone will come with 64 Gb storage and a 4 GB Ram version, though there will be 2 GB , 3GB RAM and 16 GB , 32 GB storage variants too. The rest of the specs and design for the smartphone is same as that of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4.
The smartphone is powered by the Mediatek 10 Core processor – Helio X20, clocked at 2.1 GHz. There is Mali T880 MP4 GPU for gaming and graphics intensive tasks. The Redmi Note 4X will also come with the Android marshmallow 6.0 update and Miui 8.0.
There is 5.5 inch display which comes with a Full HD resolution and 2.5 D curve glass cover. The smartphone has a fingerprint scanner at the back of the smartphone. Notably, the Redmi Note 4 also comes with a massive 4100 mAH battery capacity.

Also there are some reports and teasers by Xiaomi which hints at the possible launch of Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 in the Indian market in Jan 2017. With Coolpad Cool 1 Dual, competition is taking on the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. Xiaomi may pull out some new arsenal to blow the competition away in the new year.
