Samsung has listed a new Galaxy J1 4G smartphone on it’s official (Indian) website priced at Rs. 6890. The Samsung Galaxy J1 4G will get launched in a couple of days offline as well as online along with the Samsung J2 Ace 4G.
Samsung claims that the smartphone has been customized for the Indian Users and comes with some very useful features.
The Samsung Galaxy J1 4G comes with the S Bike Mode which allows users to ride a bike without any distraction and send an automated response to the caller when the person is driving. The smartphone also comes with an Ultra Data Saving Mode which ensures that the data consumption is reduced and your data bill takes a cut.
The third feature that Samsung is using the ultra battery saving mode which can prolong the battery life of the smartphone.
The Samsung Galaxy J1 4G comes with 4.5-inch display with WVGA resolution (854*480) pixels. The smartphone is powered by an unknown 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Processor and comes with 1 GB of Ram.
There is 8 GB of internal storage which can be expanded to 128 GB using the micro-sd card.
The smartphone comes with a 5-megapixel rear camera with F/2.2 aperture and there is a 2 Megapixel front-facing selfie camera.
The key highlight of the Samsung Galaxy J1 4G is 4G LTE as well as VOLTE connectivity. You can use the smartphone with JIO 4G network as well as with other operators.
Egregiously Samsung is using Android Lollipop 5.1 in the J1 4G, which is more than 2 years old now.
The smartphone comes with 2050 mAH battery capacity and has the micro USB port.

The smartphone is powered by the Quad Core Samsung Exynos 3457 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, along with the Mali T720 GPU.
Samsung J1 2016 will come with a 5 MP rear camera with LED flash and will also have a 2-megapixel front camera for taking selfies and video calls.
The smartphone will have 8 GB of internal storage expandable to 128 GB using a memory card. It will come with 1 GB RAM much like the Samsung Galaxy J2.
Samsung J1 2016 will have support for 4G LTE along with the native 3G and 2G support.
Samsung will launch it in early 2016 and will continue to strengthen the sub 10k portfolio. Samsung has launched the Samsung Galaxy J2 and recently also added the Samsung Galaxy On5 and On7.
Samsung Galaxy On5 is priced at Rs. 8,999 and is one of the cheapest 4G LTE smartphones from Samsung, which have received good user feedback.
