Samsung yesterday announced the 32 GB storage variants of its popular mid-range smartphones- Galaxy J5 Prime and the Galaxy J7 Prime.
Samsung announced the phone’s launch on its official Twitter handle saying as “Get more space than before! Galaxy J7 & J5 Prime now come in a 32GB variant for more room for your favorites. Buy now!”
Samsung J7 Prime (32 GB)
The Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime and the Galaxy J7 Prime were launched in India back in September 2016, and they came in a single 16GB storage variant. The company is now thinking that the storage upgrade is essential to sustain the market.
In a typical Samsung fashion, the company did not upgrade any other specifications. Also, it’s completely unnecessary from Samsung’s point of view because the South Korean brand will launch the Galaxy J (2017) smartphones in India shortly.
The new 32GB variant of the Galaxy J7 Prime costs Rs. 16,900, whereas the Galaxy J5 Prime will charge you Rs. 14,900. To recall, Mahesh Telecom, the Mumbai-based retailer in the last week of April claimed that the storage variants of both the phones available to purchase via his storage. But it was yesterday when Samsung confirmed the news officially.
The Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime features excellent specifications for the asking price of Rs. 16,900. The phone has a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×1920-pixels and a 401 PPI.
