The Samsung Note 8 is powered by the Exynos 8895 in India, similar to the Samsung S8 Plus and S8. The Exynos 8895 is based on 10 Nm manufacturing process and is an Octa-Core processor clocked at 2.3 GHz and it comes with Mali-T880 MP12 GPU.

Indian Version of Samsung Note 8 Will Come with Exynos 8895 Processor, With 6 GB RAM.

Samsung Note 8 comes with a breathtaking 6.3-inch Quad HD+ (2960×1440) Super AMOLED display. The key highlight of the Samsung Note 8 is it’s Dual Rear camera which comes with 12 Megapixel lens.

While one of the lenses is a wide-angle lens which comes with the f/1.7 aperture the other is a telephoto lens which allows for 2X optical zoom and comes with f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera comes with Optical image stabilization and also has 4K video support.

The Samsung Note 8 is one of the first Samsung high-end smartphones which comes with a Dual rear camera, the Camera on the S8 and S8 Plus is class leading and offers great photography options.

The fingerprint scanner is placed adjacent to the Dual rear camera at the back of the device in a rectangular assembly. The Samsung Note 8 comes with an 8 Megapixel and comes with f/1.7 aperture which makes it one of the best selfie cameras especially for low light conditions.

Samsung Note 8 Specs and Top Features

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 comes with support for S-Pen, Samsung Dex, NFC, Samsung Pay, and also has a USB Type C Port. The smartphone comes with IP-68 Rating to make sure it is water and dustproof. The Dual Sim smartphone also has LTE Cat 16 modem and offers Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity

The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 runs on the latest Android Nougat 7.1 and will be one of the first Samsung devices to get the Android Oreo, which we think will happen in early 2018. Samsung has not added a large battery to the Note 8, (after what happened to the Samsung Note 7), it is 3300 mAH capacity. In fact, it is 200 mAH smaller than the Samsung S8 Plus which comes with a 3500 mAH capacity battery.

The Samsung Note 8 is heavy and weighs 195 grams and it has a thickness of 8.6 mm, notably, it has to accommodate the S-Pen as well which adds to the thickness and weight as well as it takes space which otherwise could have been used to add a larger battery capacity.

Overall the Samsung Note 8 looks promising and also packs popular features like support for Micro-sd card and also has the 3.5 mm audio jack. Samsung has played safe with the Samsung Note 8 by just improving the camera.

Moreover, they kept the same camera for S8 and S8 Plus which was used in the last years Samsung S7 edge, now it was definitely a time for the Note to receive some upgrades in the camera section. We can also expect the Samsung S9 and S9 plus to come with a similar Dual Rear camera like the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.
