Samsung has launched the Dual Sim variant of the Samsung Note 5 in India. The new Note 5 with Dual Sim, 32 GB version, is available at Rs. 47,900 while the 64 GB Version costs Rs. 53900.
The phone is available on the Samsung official website for purchase, while it is yet to go on sale on any major e-commerce websites.

After the price drop, now the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is available for Rs. 43,000 in the market.
Some of the e-commerce websites have also dropped the price, and I also checked with some of the top physical retail stores like E-Zone, they also confirmed the price has dropped by Rs. 5,000.
While the Samsung Note 6 launch is still months away, if you wish to buy the Note 5 it’s the best time.

Samsung Note 5 has a larger display with same Quad HD resolution as S7, but it comes with an S-pen support. Notably, the base variant of Note 5 does not have dual sim support.
The Exynos 7420 processor is good, but the Exynos 8890 in the Samsung S7 is much faster.
Further, the Samsung S7 has Dual sim support; you can also add a 128 GB memory card to it that is not possible with Note 5.
The S7 is water and dust proof and has a far better rear camera compared to Note 5. However, the Megapixel count is lower on S7.
If you wish to use the S-Pen and want a large screen mobile, Samsung Note 5 is an excellent choice, else the Samsung S7 scores much higher on many parameters and will appeal to most buyers.
