ZTE has unveiled 2 new smartphones at the largest phone launch extravaganza -MWC 2017.
ZTE Blade V8 Mini and ZTE Blade V8 Lite got launched at an event today. Both the smartphones are mid range devices from ZTE and will be launches in different markets globally in the coming months.
There is no detail shared about the pricing but we can expect V8 Mini to be priced close to Rs 15,000 and the V8 Lite close to Rs 10,000.
ZTE Blade V8 Mini
The ZTE Blade V8 Mini is the more expensive of the two devices launched by ZTE. The V8 mini as the name suggests comes with a smaller 5.0 inch display offering HD display resolution and 283 Ppi.
Though the key high light of the smartphone is its dual rear camera setup which includes one primary camera with 13 Megapixel and the other 2 Megapixel camera for depth sensing. The camera is capable of adding bokeh effect , and also has the ability to adjust the focus after taking the shot.
The smartphone comes with a decent design with curved edges and chrome lines at the back, the dual camera unit and the unique top strip also adds to the looks. There is a fingerprint scanner placed below the dual rear camera setup.
The mobile is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 Octa Core Processor clocked at 1.4 Ghz and comes with the adreno 506 GPU for gaming and multitasking.
The ZTE Blade V8 Mini has 16 Gb of internal storage and it can be expanded upto 128 Gb using the micro Sd card.
The device comes with Android Nougat 7.0 and has 2800 mAH capacity battery.
ZTE Blade V8 Lite
The ZTE Blade V8 Lite is a more affordable device and comes with a similar design and display size.
The V8 Lite comes with 5.0 inch display and has HD resolution.
The device is powered by the Mediatek 6750 Quad core processor and comes with 2 GB of ram and 16 GB of internal storage. The storage is expandable to 128 GB using the micro sd card slot.
The smartphone offers 8 Megapixel rear camera and comes with autofocus support. There is a 5 Megapixel front selfie camera.
The ZTE V8 Lite is powered by a 2500 mAH capacity battery and runs on the Android Nougat 7.0 OS.
Both the smartphones come with 4G LTE as well as VOLTE support. The devices will go on sale in Asian markets including India later in summer season. ZTE has also become aggressive in the Indian market and has launched the new ZTE Z17 mini with Dual rear cameras and also has 6 GB RAM and a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 Processor.
