Mi Band 6
The Mi Band 6 was launched in China at the live event on 29th March 2021. This Mi Band 6 comes with some noticeable upgrades compared to the Mi Band 5.
Let’s talk about its features:
Firstly, the Brand new Mi Band 6 comes with a large 1.56 inch AMOLED touchscreen display along with a 152*486 pixels screen resolution, 326ppi pixel density and 450nits brightness.
The Mi Band 6 offers you a good viewing experience even in sunlight.
Additionally, the screen is also covered with tempered glass along with an anti-fingerprint coating.
For tracking and monitoring your health, it has a SpO2 monitoring system (was missing on the Mi Band 5) that monitors your blood oxygen level and also tracks your breathing quality.
It also has a 24/7 heart rate monitor, a female health tracking system, and a stress monitor.
Furthermore, it has 30 fitness modes and 6 of them can be auto-detected like walking, treadmill, cycling, rowing machine, and elliptical.
Other features – We have 5ATM water-resistant, a timer, which can use to control the phone’s camera, unlock the phone, has Bluetooth 5.0 support, comes with a silicone strap with an adjustable length between 155mm to 219mm.
It has the same battery capacity as its predecessor. The Mi Band 6 is fueled with a 125mAH LiPo battery that offers it up to 14 days of battery life(Claimed by the brand).

Mi Band 5
Mi Band 5 was launched last year(2020) in June and this band is the successor of the Mi Band 4. I have been using the Mi Band 5 for almost 2 months and so far the experience has been good.

The Mi Band 5 offers a 1.1 inch dynamic AMOLED touch screen display along with a 126*294 pixels screen resolution including a 450nits max. brightness, and also has an anti-fingerprint coating on it.
Furthermore, ti comes with a 24/7 heart rate monitor, sleep monitor, stress monitor, women health tracker, PAI(Personal Activity Intelligence), and step counter tracker.

It offers a 1.1 inch AMOLED touch screen display along with a 126*294 pixels screen resolution that provides vivid, saturated colors and remains visible in the sunlight.
Like the above-mentioned bands, The OnePlus Band comes with a 24/7 heart rate monitor, sleep tracking, SpO2 blood oxygen level monitor that helps you to keep healthy.
Additionally, it comes with a dedicated 13 exercise modes that include yoga, cricket, swimming like many more exercises.
To resistant water, while swimming, it has an IP68 water-resistant coating on its body.
Other features – Bluetooth 4.2 support, customizable watch faces, music control, camera shutter control, unlock the phone, compatible with Android 6.0.

Oppo Band
Oppo band was launched on 8 March 2021 and as I said above is very similar to the OnePlus band in terms of features.

Additionally, it has 12 professional sports modes in which swimming is also included because of the 5ATM water-resistant coating.

But charging these is not a hassle. Just 2 hours of charging is good for 5-7 days of usage.
