In this article, we are checking out all the new HP Pavilion series notebooks that are available in the market or online shops.
HP has updated the Pavilion Laptop series with the latest Intel 11th Gen laptop processor.
The laptops were launched in India with a narrow bezel design and with the option of either Integrated or dedicated NVIDIA GPUs.
The new laptops launched are HP Pavilion 13, HP Pavilion 14, and HP Pavilion 15. These are aimed at working professionals and home buyers.
The company stated that these are the first series of Notebooks that use post-consumer recycled and ocean-bound plastics. The laptops are EPEAT (Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool) Silver registered, and Energy Star certified.
The outer boxes and fiber cushions used in the devices are 100% recyclable and sustainably sourced.
All three models have a 3D seamless metal body with a sleek and clean look. The display comes with three-sided micro-edge bezels.
They all have an edge-to-edge keyboard and a larger trackpad. Additionally, there is a fingerprint scanner for faster access.
The ports comprise USB Type-C, 2* USB Type-A, HDMI 2.0, headphone/mic combo, and a MicroSD card slot. The connectivity option includes WiFi ac and BlueTooth 5.
Let’s first start with the new HP Pavilion 13 and then we will dig into other laptops in the pavilion series.
HP Pavilion 13
The device runs on Windows 10 operating system. It features 13.3 inches FHD display (1920* 1080p) and has 250 nits of peak brightness.
Pavilion 13 is powered by Intel 11th gen Core i5 processor (Intel Core i5-1135G7) a 4 Core and 4 threads processor, up to 4.2 GHz Clock Speed and with 8 MB of Cache.
Notably, the Intel 11th Gen Core i5 processor offers excellent single-core performance and is way ahead of Ryzen 4000 series and Intel 10th Gen processors.
It is paired with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD storage. This laptop includes integrated Intel Iris Xe graphics.
This machine has a 43 WHr lithium-ion battery with 65 W. The battery capacity is not huge and we can expect around 5 to 6 hours of battery life on a single charge in practical usage.
The company claims that the battery has up to 8.5 hours of battery life. The laptop has dual speakers.
Further, It has a 720p HD camera with HP TrueVision and integrated dual array digital microphones for better audio quality.
Additionally, the laptop is very thin and lightweight – (1.24 kg) only. It is highly portable and you can easily carry it anywhere.
The HP Pavilion 13 laptops’ price in India starts from INR 72,999 and is available in Ceramic White and Silver colors.
Next, let’s check out the new HP Pavilion 14 laptop with Intel Core i7 and 16 gigs of Ram.
Powering the Notebook is the new 11th Gen Intel Core-i7 1165G7 processor, with a base clock speed of 3.5 GHz and up to 4.7 GHz of Turbo boost.
It has 4 cores and 8 threads with a 12MB L3 cache.
Additionally, we have Intel Iris Xe Graphics card. The device runs on Windows 10 Home (Lifetime validity) and has Alexa in-built.
The Pavilion 14 has sufficient ram for multi-tasking – 16 GB DDR4 memory (3200 MHz). Moreover, there is plenty of space for storage as the Notebook comes with a 1 TB PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD.
The machine is a performance beast when it comes to any non-gaming application.
With the new 11th Gen processors you will experience faster loading time for all Apps like Chrome, MS-office, and other productivity apps.
The 11th Gen from Intel is a good step up from the 10th Gen Laptops and I will recommend you to go with the 11th Gen machines if you are buying a new Intel processor-based laptop.

The Notebook weighs 1.41 kg and features a fingerprint reader.

It is available in Ceramic White, Silver, and Tranquil Pink color.
Next, we have the Intel Core i5 model of HP Pavilion 14 that comes with nearly the same specs and design as the above-mentioned Core i7 Notebook.
HP Pavilions’ Core-i5 model is available on Amazon with 512 GB SSD storage and 16 GB DDR4 RAM.
This model is powered by Intel 11th Gen Core-i5- 1135G7 processor that clocks with up to 4.2 GHz boost speed.
It has 4 cores and 8 threads with 8 MB L3 cache memory. Both the Core i5 and Core i7 are Quad-Core processors but the Core i7 has a higher clock speed and more Cache.
For most daily tasks you will not experience too much difference but multi-tasking and some heavy applications will be slightly faster on the Core i7.
This HP Pavilion Intel Core i5 model is available at the price tag of INR 62,990.
The next laptop on our list is a convertible (2-in-1) that works as a tablet and a notebook.
HP Pavilion 15 laptop has 15.6 inches FHD display with 1920*1080 pixels resolution. It has an LED-backlit antiglare IPS display.
The machine is powered by an 11th Gen Intel Core- i5 1135G7 processor, it clocks at 3.5 GHz with a 4.20 GHz turbo boost. It has 4 cores and 8 threads with an 8 MB cache.
The laptop runs on Windows 10 Home operating system. For gaming and graphic intensive tasks we have got the latest NVIDIA GeForce MX450 graphics.
Additionally, there is 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD storage.
HP pavilion 15 is not a gaming laptop but can run some of the games that are not too demanding at low or medium settings with ease.
It has dual speakers. The laptop packs a 3-cell Lithium-ion battery which claimed to run up to 8.5 hours on a single charge.
The HP Pavilion 15 laptop has a starting price of INR 69,999.
It is available in Ceramic White, Silver, and Fog Blue color options.
