On the other hand, Lenovo also thought of designing something for people who want entertainment and want to work on the same machine. So they made the new ThinkBook Series of laptops.
These come with excellent keyboards, decent display, a fast processor, lightweight, and ideal multi-media consumption.
Lenovo recently unveiled the latest ThinkBook with the 11th Gen Intel processor (it will take few weeks to arrive in India/other countries) but let’s look at it.
In this article, I have listed down some of the new ThinkBooks that are best sellers in the market and are available for purchase.
1. Lenovo ThinkBook 13s Gen 2 :
The upcoming Lenovo ThinkBook 13s Gen 2 will arrive with both – Intel Tiger Lake and AMD Ryzen 4000U processors.
The Notebook is part of Lenovo’s new line of ultra-portable series. Also, It is an Intel Evo Certified with Dolby Vision and 2K screen.
Let’s check out the specifications of Lenovo ThinkBook 13s Gen 2 in detail:
The key feature here is the Dolby Vision certified IPS Panel. The display is touch-enabled, which we can be turn off manually.
The ThinkBook comes with 13.3 inches of WQXGA IPS Panel. Additionally, It has a 2560 * 1600 pixels resolution, 300 nits brightness, and 100% sRGB with Dolby Vision HDR.
The machine weighs 1.26 kg and has 14.9 mm in thickness (very sleek), making it easy to carry and highly portable. It has a unique cover design and offers a premium built with a metallic frame for robustness.
The configuration of the NoteBook is up to the Intel Core-i7 processor (AMD processor is also available). Lenovo does not share the processor’s exact details. However, our best guess that it will feature the Core i7- 1165G7 (4 Core) or the Ryzen 4700U (8 Core).
Moreover, the memory option comes with up to 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM with a 4200 MHz frequency rate. The internal storage features a 1 TB NVMe SSD.
Furthermore, the Intel variant comes with the improved Intel Iris Xe graphics card that offers twice the Intel UHD GPU performance that was available in the 10th Gen Intel processors.
The ThinkBook 13s comes with a 61Whr battery (offers more than 10 hours of battery life) with a 65W fast charging support.
The connectivity options include a Thunderbolt 4.0, 2 * USB 3.2 Gen Type-A, HDMI 2.0, and a combo audio jack. It supports WIFI 6 and Bluetooth 5.1.
The Lenovo ThinkBook 13s Gen 2 will be available for purchase from October 2020.
The Intel variant costs INR 70,899($ 829), whereas the AMD variant is priced at INR 63,499($ 729).

2. Lenovo ThinkBook 14 Series:
Lenovo ThinkBook 14 series run on the 10th Gen Intel processors. These are durable and long-lasting devices for business/college use.
The ThinkBook 14 is compact and portable, so you won’t find it hard to carry these around in a backpack.
The Thinkbook 14 is available in Intel Core i3 and i5. Let’s check some common specs, and then we will check detailed specs for the two models currently selling well on the market.

For starters, it has a 14 inches Full HD LED Backlit anti-glare screen, with 1920 * 1080 pixels resolution.

Powering the ThinkBook 14 is the 10th Generation Intel Core i3-1005G1 processor with 1.2 GHz base clock speed and up to 3.4 GHz Turbo Boost. It is a dual-core processor and comes with 4 MB cache.
The laptop runs on Windows 10 Home operating system.
As far as the storage is concerned, it has 1 TB HDD SATA with 7200 rpm. Additionally, the notebook comes with 4 GB DDR4 RAM with a 3200 MHz frequency rate, which is expandable to 32 GB.
The NoteBook has a battery capacity of 65 WHr, which lasts up to 9 hours.

Moreover, it has 8 GB of DDR4 RAM and 512 GB M.2 NVMe TLC SSD internal storage.
The 3-cell 45 WHr battery with fast charging support claims to persist for up to 9 hours.
